Summer Botanical Ribbon Dying Workshop

Summer Botanical Ribbon Dying Workshop
This summer join me in my garden studio where we will gather to celebrate the heady heights of the abundant months. With the summer solstice just passed, we will come together to create the most beautiful botanically dyed ribbons.
We will begin the session by walking the garden and gathering flowers and foliages to use for dying our ribbons. Then we will head back into the studio to work on our ribbons. We will be using two methods to create four lengths of ribbon in total. The first is a bundle dying method, which creates gorgeous almost tie-dye effect ribbons and the second is a technique called Hapazome - both of which can be found in my new book.
You will leave with a heart full of joy and four lengths of natural silk ribbons to decorate your home and self with.
The workshop will run for two hours and I’ll serve warm drinks and yummy home made cakes to keep us fuelled.
Friday 2nd July - 10.30 - 12.30
